We provide helpdesk phone support for Activate users to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the credit application and subscriber activation process.
ActiManage is designed for the online sales environment, enabling web resellers to sell post-paid airtime contracts and bundles online. With ActiManage, 20:20mobile processes the consumer credit check, initiates subscriber activation with the applicable network and dispatches the goods to the customer on behalf of the web merchant.
