We have the capability to manage online sales channels for our customers by hosting and managing consumer facing web stores on behalf of mobile phone manufacturers and resellers, and can provide end-user call centre services for credit applications, subscriber activation and support.

Over the years we have built up a level of trust and intimacy with manufacturers that means we now have the authorisation and support to reconfigure mobile devices with new network settings, software and digital content that we test and certify against the manufacturers’ technical specifications, so can deliver bespoke variants to our customers.

We can also repair, refurbish and recycle handsets, provide sales support tools to configure devices correctly supporting our customers in their field, and are able to deploy third party software tools to remotely manage devices to update software or delete data on missing handsets.

Through our process of collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment (CPF&R), integrated from our clients’ retail points of sale to the factory, our suppliers can adjust production in response to market demand and monitor our intent to purchase ahead of time giving our clients greater visibility of stock, and reliability in product supply with time-to-market benefits and a reduction in costly stock-outs.

Our in-house marketing department produces a constant stream of demand generation activity and sales support material; ensuring clients sustain their leading shares across all resale channels. We manage entire product categories, supported by the latest market data, for all our partners, connecting their staff and customers with the latest handset and accessory products.
